Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Aeeros experience. Here’s how cancellations, returns, and refunds work:


❌ Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

↩️ Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance-based items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging


💸 Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale


📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number

  • Clear photos (in case of damaged/defective product)

  • Reason for return or refund request
