❌ Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

↩️ Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fragrance-based items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order

Product must be unused and in its original packaging
💸 Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
